YOUR PLAYERS. YOUR DEVICE.

How can we help?

Help for My Game Framed on iPhone and iPad. The app is currently in private testing; available features may vary by build.

Get started

Add a player from Home. A nickname is fine, and photos and game details are optional. Start a game and tap each play as it happens. Use Practice Mode to try the flow without changing real history.

One player, several teams

Choose Manage teams for the player and add each team with its jersey number and color. Select the team when starting a new game. Keep one player profile so existing stats and game history remain together.

Correct a play

Tap the last play or use Undo and Redo. Open History to edit earlier plays, add a missed play or correct a shot location. Reopen a finished game before editing it. Use the visible Quarter, Half or Overtime controls to change the current period.

Choose a card style

Midnight is the default. Browse all 15 themes in Card Studio, including Classic, Golden Boy, Golden Girl, Anime Ace, Pro Court and Cosmic. A theme changes appearance; the card type controls which stats are shown. Anime Ace and Comic Book render illustrated effects locally without replacing your saved photo.

Photo or cutout problems

Choose a locally available photo with one clear player. An iCloud photo may need a connection to download. You can restore the original background and continue without a cutout. Confirming a profile crop stores that crop; a game photo retains its original separately from framing and cutout. New imports support up to 25 MiB per image, 80 million pixels and 20,000 pixels on either edge.

Share one card

Review the preview, then use Share / Save Image. Saved Cards preserves the exact PNG you saved; after correcting stats or changing a photo, create a new card for the updated values. Share destinations depend on your installed apps.

Create a sharing pack

In Card Studio, choose Create a Sharing Pack. The pack includes a 1080 × 1350 portrait PNG and a 1080 × 1920 Story PNG. An optional Full Box Score image includes additional stats, including turnovers and fouls. Edit the suggested caption, create the pack and inspect each preview before sharing.

Caption edits last for the current sharing session and are not saved to the game or Saved Cards. The native sheet receives images and caption text, but destinations may handle them differently. Use Copy Caption if the text is omitted; copied text remains on the system clipboard after you close the screen.

Make an animated card

Choose Animate This Card, select a format, then Create Video. The silent six-second MP4 uses motion matched to the selected theme. Gentle fade only is available and is used automatically when the device's Reduce Motion setting is on. Tap Play Preview, then Share / Save Video to keep a copy. Video creation happens on the device and does not record microphone audio.

An export was interrupted

Stay in the app while a pack or video is being created. Cancel Export stops the current export. Moving the app to the background also stops generation; return and tap Create to try again. Review the result before sharing.

Pack and video outputs are temporary until you save or share them. They are not automatically added to Saved Cards. The app attempts to remove its temporary export files after cancellation/failure or when you close the pack/video screen; cleanup can be interrupted and does not erase copies saved elsewhere.

Find a missing game

Check Games and its In progress and Final filters. For hidden history, open Privacy & Help → Find archived or deleted history. Moving a game or player to Deleted is recoverable; it does not erase the saved records immediately.

Protect your history

Export a complete backup from Backup & Restore before deleting the app or changing devices. Keep the entire folder together. On the other installation, select the folder, review the import preview, then restore. Conflicting records are not overwritten. Automatic cross-device sync is not included.

Complete backup folders support up to 256 MiB, including up to 150 MiB of records, a 32 MiB manifest and 25 MiB per asset. The app may label these bounds MB. Older JSON backups up to 150 MiB remain supported. A library can grow beyond the complete-folder limit; an oversized export is rejected without dropping history or photos. Do not delete the app if you do not have a complete, usable backup.

Contact support or ask about privacy

Email support@mygameframed.com. Include your app version, device and iOS version, what you tried and what happened. Please do not send a full backup, player photo or other private data unless you deliberately choose to share it. The app attaches no player data automatically.
